She was always so pleasant despite my husband and I being incredibly nervous first time buyers. She was knowledgeable, attentive, proactive, confident, and very empathetic to how nervous we were. If there was anything she didn't know, she would find out for us asap. She was very respectful of our worries during the Corona virus as well, in terms of not pressuring us to see houses we were not comfortable going into etc. and was never pushy about any part of the process.
